A new jury is appointed every year. This year, a record number of artists applied for the Spring Salon. The jury, which consisted of Olympic rider and cartoonist Peder Fredricsson, curators Ashik Zaman and Tawanda Appiah and jury chairman, Liljevalchs director Joanna Sandell Wright, selected 298 works by 163 artists, out of 20 000 entries submitted by 4974 artists.
